Invitation for VR Companies to Join the Virtual Meeting of the VETVRKit Project

We are currently running an Erasmus+ project aimed at enhancing vocational education and training in the virtual reality sector, and we believe that your company’s expertise in the field would be a valuable asset to our project.

To that end, we would like to invite you to participate in an online meeting that we are organizing on April 20th at 12:00 CET. You can choose your availability slots, in an email that we will send after your positive response. During the meeting, we will be introducing our project partners to various VR software and hardware providers (from Spain, Greece, and Croatia), and we would be delighted if you could take part and present your company’s products and services to the consortium.

Each participating company will be given a 10-minute time slot to present, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. The meeting will be held in a closed channel on a virtual meetings platform, and we will provide you with the necessary link to log in a few minutes before your designated time slot.

Please have in mind that after the meeting, each one of the 3 VET Centers (members of the consortium) will have to choose:
– at least one company, in order to purchase some equipment/software,
– and a company that will provide them a 2-day training on it.

We believe that this meeting will be an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your company’s offerings and potentially forge new partnerships with the members of our consortium.

Of course, you can send your quotes for your services, by filling out this form, which we suggest that you should fill out even if you are not able to participate in the meeting. The purpose of that is the creation of a network of VR companies that could provide equipment, software, or training, to potential stakeholders around the EU.

Among the participants in the meeting, there will be
-Staff of the 6 project partners,
-Vet centers and policymakers
-Several VET Trainers would like to include VR technology in their classes.

The meeting will be recorded and later will be edited, in order to be uploaded to a platform that will be created as a deliverable for the project. So this might be a great marketing opportunity for you to demonstrate your services, for the community we aim to create.
If you are interested in participating, please let us know by the 18th of April so that we can finalize the schedule for the meeting. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
